Funny Mug Set For Grandparents Grandma and Grandma Christmas Birthday Gifts MBH1

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to purchases from A Peachy Creation Ltd and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

CHANGE-OF-MIND CANCELLATIONS

For eligible non-personalised products purchased online, you may cancel your order without giving a reason. You must notify us within 14 days beginning the day after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the order.

After notifying us, you must return the product within a further 14 days. Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Returned products should be securely packaged. You may inspect a product as you would in a shop, but we may make a reasonable deduction where handling beyond what is necessary has reduced its value.

PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Products made to your specifications or personalised with names, dates, photographs, messages, logos, customer artwork or other custom details cannot normally be returned or cancelled because you have changed your mind.

Please check all spelling, dates, images and design details carefully before ordering. This exclusion does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described or does not match the agreed design.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

If your order is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the problem. Photographs of the product and packaging may help us resolve the issue more quickly, but providing photographs does not remove your statutory rights.

You may have a legal right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receiving them for a refund. Depending on the circumstances and how much time has passed, you may instead be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or final right to reject.

We will pay or reimburse reasonable return costs for products validly rejected because they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please contact us before returning such products.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

For digital products supplied immediately, you may be asked to expressly consent to delivery beginning during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your cancellation right will be lost once downloading or access begins.

This does not affect your rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or does not meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

REFUNDS

For an eligible cancellation, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional amounts paid for enhanced or express delivery are not refundable unless required by law.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We will not charge an administration or restocking fee for exercising a statutory right.

We may withhold a change-of-mind refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back. The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or evidence of return.

Sale and promotional products receive the same statutory rights as full-price products.

Shipping Policy

At A Peachy Creation Ltd, we take great care to ensure every order is packed securely and protectively before it leaves us.

Delivery Cost

Our standard delivery charge is £2.99 per order unless a different price is shown during checkout.

Tracked Delivery with Evri

We use Evri as our delivery partner. Parcels are sent using a tracked delivery service, allowing you to follow the progress of your order after it has been dispatched.

Once your parcel has been handed to Evri, you will receive tracking information using the email address or mobile number provided with your order.

Secure Packaging

Every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged to help protect it while in transit. Where required, we use protective packaging, suitable internal cushioning and strong outer boxes to minimise the risk of damage during delivery.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout or provided after your order has been placed. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been completed and dispatched.

Personalised, custom-made or printed-to-order products may require additional production time before dispatch.

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather or unusually busy periods.

Tracking Your Order

Please allow sufficient time for your tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation. Tracking may not become active until Evri has collected and scanned your parcel.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to change its delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel is returned to us because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate the delivery with Evri and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Parcels

Although every order is securely packaged, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

* Your order number

* A description of the damage

* Clear photographs of the damaged product

* Photographs of the internal and external packaging

Please retain the product and all packaging while we investigate the issue.
